Where do we get our Preservative-Free Seafood?

The Arabian Sea, situated in the northwestern part of the Indian Ocean, is surrounded by the Arabian Peninsula to the west, the Indian subcontinent to the east, and the Horn of Africa to the southwest. It is characterized by its warm, tropical waters and diverse marine environments, including coral reefs, rocky coastlines, and deep-sea trenches.


In this expansive region, various fish species, including Loligo Squid, kingfish, mackerel, sole fish, cuttlefish, shrimp, and pomfret, thrive in diverse coastal and offshore habitats within the Arabian Sea. This geographical diversity and rich marine life contribute to the Arabian Sea's ecological importance and economic significance for fishing and maritime activities.

Loligo Squid (Duvaucelii)

Taste: Arabian Sea Loligo squid has a mild, slightly sweet, and delicate seafood flavor. 

Texture: Typically soft and tender, with a slight chewiness. When cooked correctly, it maintains a delicate yet slightly resilient texture, making it a popular choice for various culinary dishes.

Red Snapper

Taste: Generally described as mild, sweet, and slightly nutty 

Texture: It has firm, white, flaky flesh that is popular for its delicate flavour. This fish's taste profile makes it a favourite among seafood enthusiasts and chefs, and it is often featured in various culinary preparations.

Popular Use: Red Snapper Veracruzana

King Fish

Taste: Kingfish from the Arabian Sea is highly regarded for its firm texture and rich, meaty flavour. It is often compared to tuna or mackerel and is a favourite in various seafood dishes.

Texture: Often described as robust and substantial, which makes it well-suited for various cooking methods, including grilling, baking, or pan-searing

Grouper Fish (Epinephelus)

Taste: Grouper from the Arabian Sea is prized for its mild, sweet, and flavourful meat.
